Here at ‘Raw’n’Ready’, we understand the struggles of eating healthy, trust us we’ve been through the ‘big healthy shop’, the late night prepping, the being too tired to prep and ending up falling off the wagon. This is exactly why we formed raw ‘n’ ready.

We are a family run business passionate about health and fitness and formed from helping friends and family prep and stay on track also.

BREAKFAST:

Protein porridge / Egg muffins / Pancakes

MEAL 2:

Spicy cous-cous / Greens / Flavoured chicken

MEAL 3:

Fajita chicken in a wholewheat wrap

MEAL 4:

Mediterranean Rice / Greens / Flavoured chicken

MEAL 5:

Chilli brown rice and greens / Spaghetti bolognese / Chicken sausage and Sweet pot mash
