EASY TO GRAB BREAKFAST MUFFINS

(Enough for 3 days)

6 eggs

One pepper

Handful of spinach

Ham if wanted

Grab a muffin tray

Chop up ingredients small

Pop some of each into muffin tray

Wish eggs and add to muffin tray

Pop in oven at 200^ for 10-12

TASTY FLOURLESS PANCAKES

1 banana

2 x eggs

One scoop of protein powder

Mix all together

Pour in a frying pan with a bit of coconut oil…cook on both sides on high heat for about 4 mins!

Done!

LOST TRAINING BREAKFAST WRAP

1 whole wheat wrap

Spinach

3 eggs

Paprika

Whisk 2 full eggs and one egg white into a bowl, microwave for around 3 min to make a scrambled egg.

Add a handful of spinach on your wrap, add in the scrambled egg, a pinch of paprika on top.

Roll and eat on the go!
