The nutritional information for every dish and meal plan can be found on each meal’s product page. We also label this information on each of the dishes when they are sent out.

We can adapt meals and meal plans with your guidance to suit your requirements. Please specify minor changes and allergies in your order notes or email info@rawnready.co.uk with specific requests.

Our Meals provides you with the tools you need to be successful on your journey and see results.  All the guesswork is taken out of the equation, making the plan simple and easy to follow.  Weight loss will vary for each client based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level and commitment to the plan.  Many of our clients average a loss of 5-7lbs per week.  Results may vary.

The menu changes monthly. The menu also changes with the seasons to ensure your meals are prepared with the finest and freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Yes, excluding rice dishes however we’d recommend that you eat after heating.
